Dr Lynne Chapman

Founder, Medical Director

Dr Lynne Chapman’s (MBBS, BSc Neuroscience, MRCOG) experience includes 20 years as a gynaecologist and a personal journey starting her own family with help from assisted conception.

Her extensive personal, professional and clinical experience gives her a uniquely holistic insight into the challenges of the fertility journey.

Lynne began her training at University College London Medical School and went on to work in obstetrics and gynecology at University College and Whittington hospitals. At The Royal Free Hospital London, Lynne was a Fellow in Minimal Access Surgery. She has published several related scientific papers and given presentations on the subject.

Jane Holman

Nurse Manager, Specialist Fertility Nurse & Sonographer (Tunbridge Wells, London and Beaconsfield)

Jane Holman’s nursing experience includes 25+ years within the field of Women’s Health from medical and surgery through to family planning and specialising in Fertility and Assisted Conception. During this time, she has been at the forefront of rapidly advancing reproductive medicine and clinical science.

Jane trained at UCL University College and the Middlesex Hospital in London, and after a number of placements post qualification decided to specialise in Women’s Health. This allowed specialist skills in Ultrasound and onto performing Oocyte Retrieval and Embryo Transfer in patients at the pioneering unit at Kings College Hospital. The Team were one of the first to develop a complete Nurse Led service from consultation through to follow up and were involved in establishing clinics overseas with staff training.

Jane went onto lead the IVF services at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, and as NHS Gynaecology Lead of Women’s Services. After moving into the Private Sector, she was involved in establishing and project managing various IVF Services. During this time she supported many families through their fertility journey to conception with IVF, egg freezing, gamete donation and fertility therapies.

Working alongside Dr Lynne Chapman at LCRH together they collaborate with leading specialists, laboratories and multidisciplinary teams to provide outstanding personal care for patients at every stage of their journey.

This also includes some of the UK’s foremost providers of fertility therapies including dieticians, acupuncturists and counsellors.

Jane is a member of the RCN Fertility Nurses Forum, The British Fertility Society, previously as a trainer in Ultrasound, and the Senior Infertility Nurses Group.

Sarah Simoni

New Patient Liaison (onboarding), General Admin and PA to Lynne

Sarah was an executive assistant to C-Suite executives in investment banking and technology for 20 years in London, Frankfurt and Dubai before starting at LCRH with Lynne when it was just the two of them. In her patient liaison capacity, she is often the first person a new patient will speak to, and is passionate about listening carefully and providing a warm and friendly initial experience for them. 

Sarah has had IVF treatment three times but doesn’t have children of her own, so has a personal understanding of what it is to experience infertility. She has a degree in psychology and lives in beautiful rural Kent with her extended family – partner, parents, sister and her three teenagers, a dog and some cats.

Dr Mara Kotrotsou

Consultant in Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Mara Kotrotsou is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine with over 20 years’ experience in state and private healthcare sectors.

After completing her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Eastern Deanery (East of England), Mara specialised in fertility during a two-year fellowship at Hammersmith IVF London. She has since held key positions as a Consultant and Fertility Specialist at Bourn Hall Fertility, Create Fertility, Care Fertility London and Kings Fertility and as Chief Medical Officer of Apricity Fertility.

Mara's proficiency extends to all aspects of assisted conception and reproductive health. Her clinical record in both conventional and innovative IVF protocols is a testament to her dedication. She is a respected member of several international societies, including the British Fertility Society, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.

Having navigate her own fertility journey, Mara is dedicated to providing empathetic, holistic and personalised care. She deeply understands the challenges faced by those undergoing fertility treatments and continues her practice, focusing on high-quality, compassionate care.

Nicola Mahoney

Specialist Fertility Nurse & Sonographer based at Beaconsfield Clinic

Nicky qualified as a nurse in 1984, then as a midwife in 1989. She was very lucky to deliver her nephew and still see this as being the highlight of her career. Nicky became a Fertility Nurse in 1997 and has never looked back. She loves being a fertility nurse and sees herself as being on the journey with her patients.

Nicky has been married to Gary (he was her driving instructor) for almost 30 years and they have 4 cats. They love going on holidays and chilling out but also enjoy exploring a city on a long weekend.

Nicky enjoys driving, walking and has a new interest in their garden since Covid!

Georgia Elvery

London Clinic Manager

With her background as an Australian Registered Nurse, Georgia has a passion for women’s health and supporting patients along their fertility journey at LCRH. She strives to be the friendly face for London patients to reach out to and communicate with at all stages of their journey, in hopes of fostering a safe, supportive and responsive environment for all.
On weekends Georgia loves to explore her new city, seeking out the best coffee hotspots, restaurants and beautiful parks to have a picnic with friends in.
