• LCRH reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

Initial Assessment

All individuals or couples need initial investigations to help determine the cause of any potential issues. This helps to plan treatment.

 

All patients must complete an online Health Questionnaire prior to their first appointment. After this initial history other tests may be recommended or required to complete an assessment.

Pre-Treatment Investigations

The pre-treatment investigations are required before a first cycle of treatment but don’t have to be repeated before any additional cycles. The clinical team will talk to you if the tests need to be done again.

All tests apart from required virology screening may be performed by the GP.

• ICSI will be advised by based on sperm quality and past cycle history and is not a routine part of all cycles.
• IMSI may be advised in select cases of recurrent cycle failure and based on specific selection criteria.
• At egg collection, if there are no eggs collected, we regret that no refund can be issued. Should treatment be abandoned prior to the egg collection procedure, you will be eligible for a partial refund.
• Monitoring embryo development in a non-interrupted time-lapse imaging incubator (Embryoscope) is preferred but will not be used if specifically requested.
